Component Description
The HK‑100SE consists of the carriage main body, control box, X‑Y slider, welding torch fixture, guide wheels, linear guide rail and other components.
- Carriage Main Body: It serves as the driving unit of the carriage, including motor, planetary reduction gearbox, driving gear, guide wheels, etc.
- Control Box: Used to adjust all movements of the carriage. For details, please refer to the subsequent "Control Panel Description".
- Traverse Device: Used to adjust the torch position when welding straight seams (e.g. container panels), so as to avoid frequent repositioning of the guide rail.
- Welding Torch Lifting Slider: For adjusting the welding‑torch position. Fine vertical adjustment is available during welding.
- Oscillator: Performs various weaving patterns during welding.
- Welding Torch Clamp Holder: Device for securing the welding torch, convenient for torch maintenance and removal. The torch must be firmly clamped. Do not clamp onto conductive parts, otherwise short‑circuit or electric shock hazards may occur.
- 10‑pin Socket: Connection socket for the oscillator cable. The cable is approx. 1 m long, and its other 8‑pin plug connects to the oscillator port.
- Carrying Handle: Grip this handle when moving the whole unit.
- Clutch Handle: Press this handle to disengage the gear for fast manual movement of the machine along the rail.

Steel‑Belt Guide Rail: Guides the travel path of the carriage. Fitted with high‑power permanent‑magnet magnets to firmly attach the rail to workpieces. It meets diverse welding applications, especially for circular workpieces with radius greater than 750 mm.
- Magnets: High‑power switchable magnets. Turn all magnet control switches to “OFF” before relocating the guide rail.
- Welding Torch Fine‑Adjustment Unit: Precisely aligns the welding torch to the welding joint.
- Cable Bracket: Supports cables near the welding torch to reduce load on the oscillator.
- Welding Torch: Straight or angled torch (not included as standard, to be supplied by user).
