Coaxiality directly determines the quality of the cutting process,Poor coaxiality results in uneven cutting performance on steel plates, with one side cut smoothly while the other exhibits defects.
How to troublshooting and adjust?
1st step to troubleshooting what situation you faced.
1. First, prepare transparent tape and turn off the optical shutter.
2.Attach the transparent tape beneath the nozzle
3..Activate the optical shutter and trigger a laser pulse (follow below video)
Normal Condition: A small, distinct burn mark should appear at the center of the tape, indicating proper alignment.
If the burn mark not at the center of the tape, then follow below steps:
1st step: Click focus to return to zero and recheck the burn mark follow above video and step.
2nd step: If the burn mark at the center already, then no problem, means the beam is aligned.
If the burn mark still not at the center, you have to do adjustment for the two screws which on the cutting head to do adjustment.

Note:The left and right arrow means the left and right screw on the cutting head.
(each cutting head, the left and right screws position not at the same place, video is only for this model cutting head, and you can contact us for your actual cutting head, they may be at the front side)
